  • Customers must provide accurate billing, contact info, and shipping address.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Customers must be available and reachable by courier, especially for same-day orders.

  • Unsuccessful delivery due to lack of response, wrong info, or unavailability means no refund or re-delivery .

 

5. Consumer Rights & Remedies​

  • Returns or refunds apply only when goods are defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • Sales are final otherwise.

 

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect only essential personal information (name, contact, shipping, etc.).

  • Data is collected under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and stored securely.

 

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate customer accounts or access to the service if you breach the T&C or engage in illegal conduct.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (designs, logos, text, images) belongs to Stella Flower Shop and may not be used without consent.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from using this site or buying our products. Use is at your own risk.

  • Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updates.
