Refund Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

 

🔁 All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal and sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an item has been delivered, except in very limited circumstances (see below).

 

📦 Strict Conditions for Refund Requests

Refunds or replacements may only be considered under the following conditions:

  1. The product arrives damaged or defective upon delivery

  2. You record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing:

    • The sealed package from all angles before opening

    • The product being opened directly on camera

    • The issue or damage in full detail

  3. The damage must not be caused by mishandling, improper storage, or personal use

 

⚠️ No video = no refund
We do not process any refund claims without a clear, real-time unboxing video taken before and during opening of the sealed package.

 

🚫 Refunds Will Not Be Granted If:

  • There is no unboxing video taken before opening

  • The product is already used, opened, or tampered with

  • You fail to provide proof that the damage was not caused by you

  • The issue is based on personal dissatisfaction, change of mind, or wrong assumptions about the product

 

📩 How to Submit a Refund Request

Email us at cruzstella297@gmai.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear explanation of the issue

  • The unboxing video as required

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy. We implement this policy to protect our business and customers from misuse while maintaining our commitment to discretion and product integrity.
